Nice and simple, however, l have the same issue as another reviewer posted...I cant manually adjust the Usage in settings. A popup box shows but no keyboard to input the usage numbers. I have emailed the developer with this issue so hopefully an update with this fix will be made soon and I will update my review with more stars. Update: 12/14/14 - No update for iOS 8 yet. The customer service for this app is as useless as this app is for iOS 8. I have emailed the developer on three separate occasions and no response. This is poor business. They take your money and then do not respond. If you are on iOS 8 save your money and stay away from this app and developer. Use the Data Widget app for the Notification Center. It works well and is updated. HEY DEVELOPER, I WANT A REFUND. NEXT STEP IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO APPLE.

Fine tune the update interval to just a little more often and I think its perfect :). - Kevin

I was very surprised when setting up this app there was already a date there and it looked like my old end date from two years ago. Coincidence? Hmmm. The problem? Cant change the dates. One delete coming up.

Badges counts for one thing do not even show up; have to enter the app everytime I want to see usage; can already do that within IOS settings, no need to buy an app for this :-(. Would have left a Zero as rating if it was possible.

After a VERY long time and many users alerting them of the iOS 8 bug, both through reviews & support contact, this dev finally fixed the bug a month ago. I havent had a need to test the bug fix since it was limited to manual usage adjustment, so Im taking their word that its fixed. What sets this app apart is the app badge icon that displays your usage without having to open it and the fact that it resets itself automatically at the start of your billing period. Definitely a great tool to have for data usage monitoring. You do not have to turn location services on for this app to work. I dont like devs who keep asking for it to be turned on in this day & age of data mining customers. If you turn it off, the only difference is you have to open the app to get the usage readout & app badge icon display to update instead of it happening automatically. I will not give this app 5 stars right now simply because of the length of time they ignored their users who kept reporting the last bug. Support is vital and they fell short.

Bought. App doesnt show amount used. Looked into directions. App not showing up on notifications in settings. Emailed support with inquiry on Sunday 3/8. Still no response. Save the buck and move on. App functions but not as advertised. If there was a refund available Id take it back. Not trying to be petty but when you advertise something and it doesnt work and support doesnt respond it is just not acceptable. And I own to companies to know the importance of customer service.

Notification on Badge icon of MB (used or remaining) does NOT work!!! I was excited to tryout this app because of the notification feature. Beware, this could be just a data mining app. How this app is available on the App Store for $$$ is concerning-- no, its a joke! Do us all a favor and sell your app to someone that can actually make this work!

Would give 5 stars if app badge refreshed. But otherwise it is a very good app!!

I go over my data plan every month....not now! Everyone that goes over their data usage needs this app. On the downside this app does not keep the correct billing cycle. It keeps changing my billing cycle to the 15th when its the 17th. There is no way to manually adjust the billing cycle dates which is very frustrating. Fix this Megabytes and Ill give it 5 stars. Thank you!

I dont understand the inaccurate negative comments about this app. Maybe the settings are not easy enough to find, but it is easy to change the billing cycle dates. The badge showing remaining data (or used data) does update dynamically without opening the app. From another review, it seems that Location Services must be on for this to work. If the badge is not showing up, go into the settings and turn it on. It seems like the main fault of this app is the lack of instructions, and people not being able to figure how to set it up. I will say Ive had a problem since the last update of the app forgetting the settings every month. Hopefully that will get fixed.

Does not work as advertised. I cannot find app in Notification. There is no way to apply for badge count.

Cant turn on notification in either the settings app or in the app itself. Thus it does not display the badge, which is the jest of the app.

Great app. Nicely designed. Exactly what I needed to see on my home screen. A badge showing MB Used!

Great app to keep track of my data usage.

Nice way to track usage. But I cannot get the notification to work. No bubble on the icon either. So, as an early warning device - it hasnt been. Trying to set notifications or location services, this and only this app seems to hide. It is not in my list of available apps in either setting.

Its a shame as it was one of the best usage monitoring apps until now.
